I Moved to Katy, Tx in 1999 I worked part time for the Katy Chamber of Commerce helping with the Rice Havest Festival, then I began working as Marketing Coordinator for a Realtor in Katy nearly 5 years and expanded my real estate
knowledge for this area! 

I then became General Manager/Marketing & Sales for a Specialized Community, marketing property, leasing lots and helping a lot of families own their own home.

I am a member of the Katy Elks Lodge,
helping Children and our Veterans!

My passion is working with people and listening to their needs, stepping them through each stage involved, taking time to answer all questions, whether a First Time Home Buyer, Seller, Building their Custom Home to the Investor, Moving across town or across the U.S.A I am here for YOU!

I have other interests too:
Restoring my older home in Ft. Smith that was built in 1891 (what a job), a small version of "Money Pit" the movie, a must to see on restoring older homes.  I just love the character and ornate beauty the older homes have to offer.

  Storm chasing (Arkansas & Oklahoma) has a lot of Tornadoes!
 I will take tornadoes any day over Hurricane Ike, at least you can get out of there way.  Listening to Police scanner and riding with the Police.  Of course continuing to raise My 2 Beautiful Girls that are grown and on their own.   I have a few additions to my family.

REFERENCE LETTER 

I just recently purchased my new (used) home with the generous help given by Linda Morris. I know that everyone has their own financial and personal situations that may influence and/or affect their home-buying experience and I must say that Linda was fantastic in helping me with mine!!!

I am a single mother with a single income and I can honestly say that “If I can do it, anyone can”! J  But I could not have done it without the awesome dedication and self-driven motivation shown by Linda. She was extremely accommodating with her schedule and flexible in working around mine.
